Geometry, material, tolerances, quantity, risk, and cost come first. Then we choose the manufacturing process and provider that make sense for the job.

Identify the part

We collect photos, labels, measurements, compatibility evidence, and source provenance.

Create the authoritative geometry

Verified measurements become a controlled CAD/STEP master. Mesh files remain derivatives, not the source of truth.

Screen manufacturability

We evaluate material, process, tolerances, finish, risk, and provider-specific DFM requirements.

Compare qualified manufacturing paths

Xahelo can compare eligible providers using landed cost, lead time, capability, quality history, and routing policy.

Validate the first article

A provider quote or certificate does not certify the part. First-article and fit evidence remain separate gates.

Release only when the evidence is ready

Publication, certification, and manufacturing release remain Xahelo authority decisions.
