Refund & Remake Policy
How Xahelo handles manufacturing defects, fit concerns, cancellations, remakes, and refunds for custom parts.
This policy is wired into Xahelo's consent system and reflects the current software workflow, but it has not been represented as attorney-approved legal advice. Final live-sales terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
1. Custom work is reviewed by manufacturing stage
Xahelo evaluates cancellation and refund requests according to the actual stage of engineering, material commitment, production, inspection, and fulfillment. Custom-manufactured parts are not treated like ordinary shelf inventory once irreversible work has begun.
2. Before production
If you request cancellation before production authorization, Xahelo will review whether nonrecoverable engineering, supplier, material, or third-party costs have already been incurred. Any deduction will be disclosed before the cancellation is finalized unless applicable law requires a different result.
3. Manufacturing or fulfillment error
If Xahelo ships the wrong part, produces a part that materially departs from the released manufacturing record, or confirms a manufacturing defect within the applicable review period, Xahelo may offer a remake, repair, replacement, or refund based on the evidence and circumstances.
Photos, measurements, installation context, and return of the part may be requested when reasonably necessary to diagnose the issue.
4. Customer-provided evidence and application changes
Issues caused by materially inaccurate customer measurements, undisclosed loading/environmental conditions, unauthorized design changes, improper installation, misuse, or use outside the reviewed application may not qualify for a free remake or refund, except where law requires otherwise.
5. Shipping-delay refunds
If Xahelo cannot ship within the time it promised, Xahelo will follow applicable internet-order rules, including obtaining consent to a revised shipment date when required or refunding unshipped merchandise when required.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit refund, chargeback, warranty, or consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Final commercial warranty language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live sales.
