Replacement parts

Replacement parts for products worth keeping.

We combine catalog search, photo-based identification, reverse engineering, manufacturing evidence, and controlled production so a missing component does not automatically mean replacing the whole product.

Start with evidence, not guesses

Search published parts by manufacturer, model, part number, or visual evidence. When our catalog does not have a trusted match, we move the request into engineering instead of presenting uncertain compatibility as fact.

A replacement can come from more than one path

Some parts can be reused from a released manufacturing record. Others require measurements, CAD reconstruction, material selection, prototype validation, or a different manufacturing process.

  • Trusted catalog reuse when evidence already exists
  • Reverse engineering when the geometry must be recreated
  • Engineering review for fit, material, loading, heat, wear, and environment
  • Human QC and release gates before a manufacturing record becomes trusted reuse

Designed for obsolete and hard-to-source parts

This workflow is especially useful when the original component is unavailable, discontinued, unidentified, custom, or uneconomical to source through normal replacement channels. Manufacturing feasibility still depends on the part's geometry, function, risk, and use conditions.
