Accessible service

Accessibility Statement

Xahelo aims to make its public and customer-facing services usable by people with disabilities and provides a channel for reporting accessibility barriers.

Effective August 13, 2026Questions: support@xahelo.com

1. Commitment

Xahelo aims to design, build, and maintain its website and customer workflows so they are usable with common assistive technologies and across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.

Xahelo uses automated and manual quality checks as part of product development. Automated checks can detect many issues but do not prove that a site is fully accessible to every user or certify legal compliance.

2. Accessibility practices

  • Semantic headings and page landmarks where appropriate.
  • Keyboard-accessible controls and visible focus treatment.
  • Accessible names and labels for interactive controls.
  • Alternative text or equivalent treatment for meaningful images where appropriate.
  • Responsive layouts intended to avoid page-level horizontal overflow.
  • Color-contrast and touch-target checks as part of launch QA.

3. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@xahelo.com with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology if relevant, and a concise description of the problem. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Xahelo will review accessibility reports and, where reasonably practicable, provide an alternative way to complete a transaction or access information while a barrier is being addressed.

4. Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and operational responsibility. A prior QA PASS does not mean new content, third-party services, or later product changes cannot introduce a barrier.

Xahelo will continue to test and remediate material accessibility issues as the service changes.

Xahelo may update this policy prospectively when its services, legal obligations, or business practices change. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
