Return and refund policy
Review Xahelo's Refund & Remake Policy before purchase. The policy distinguishes custom change-of-mind requests from defects, wrong fulfillment, shipping damage, and other remedies that may be required by law.
Email copy of seller information
Request seller name and address information by emailing support@xahelo.com with the subject “Seller Information Request.” Where applicable law prescribes a response period, Xahelo will follow that period.
Address privacy
Xahelo will not substitute a post-office box or private mailbox for a legally required street-address disclosure unless the alternative arrangement satisfies the applicable legal requirements. A compliant commercial mail receiving arrangement may require forms, identification, and service-of-process terms.
