1. Prohibited requests
- Firearms, ammunition, firearm receivers or regulated weapon components, suppressors, explosives, destructive devices, or parts intended to facilitate unlawful weapon construction.
- Illegal items, controlled contraband, counterfeit goods, or requests whose primary purpose is to evade a law, safety control, serialization requirement, access restriction, or product-security mechanism.
- Parts submitted with content the customer is not authorized to use when manufacturing would knowingly infringe another party's rights.
- Any request that Xahelo reasonably believes would create an unacceptable safety, legal, regulatory, security, or abuse risk.
2. High-risk categories requiring refusal or special review
- Medical devices, implants, prosthetic structural components, medication-delivery components, or parts relied on for diagnosis or treatment.
- Aircraft, spacecraft, drones, or aviation parts whose failure could affect safe flight, propulsion, control, restraint, or landing.
- Vehicle braking, steering, airbag, seatbelt, suspension, wheel-retention, fuel-system, high-voltage, or other safety-critical automotive parts.
- Pressure vessels, compressed-gas components, high-pressure fluid components, flammable-fluid containment, or pressure-safety devices.
- Fire suppression, smoke/heat detection, emergency egress, fall protection, personal protective equipment, or life-safety systems.
- Child-safety restraints, crib/high-chair safety components, toys or childcare parts where failure or small-part hazards could create serious injury risk.
- Mains-voltage, high-voltage, battery-safety, electrical-protection, grounding, insulation, or enclosure parts where regulatory performance is required.
- Structural load-bearing parts where failure could cause serious injury or major property damage.
- Food-contact, drinking-water-contact, clean-room, chemical-process, or regulated hygiene applications unless material/process requirements are explicitly qualified.
3. Review does not equal certification
Xahelo may ask for additional specifications, drawings, material requirements, environmental conditions, standards, or evidence before deciding whether a high-risk job can be accepted.
A decision to review a job does not mean Xahelo has accepted it. A quote, AI result, payment, or technical discussion is not authorization to manufacture a restricted part.
4. Misrepresented intended use
Customers must not conceal or misstate a part's intended use to bypass this policy. Xahelo may cancel an order and suspend an account if material safety or legal information was intentionally withheld.
