Terms of Service

The core rules for using Xahelo, requesting manufacturing work, accepting quotes, and receiving custom parts.

Version 2026-08-09.1Effective August 10, 2026 at 1:57 AM
Pre-launch legal draft

This policy is wired into Xahelo's consent system and reflects the current software workflow, but it has not been represented as attorney-approved legal advice. Final live-sales terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel.

1. What Xahelo provides

Xahelo provides software-assisted replacement-part identification, reverse engineering, engineering review, quoting, manufacturing coordination, quality-control workflows, and fulfillment. A request, AI analysis, catalog match, estimate, or quote is not a representation that a part is safe or suitable for every use.

Manufacturing remains subject to Xahelo's engineering, evidence, quality, commercial-release, and safety gates. Xahelo may decline or pause work when evidence is incomplete, the requested use is restricted, or the part cannot be manufactured responsibly.

2. Your account and information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, product, application, measurement, quantity, shipping, and use information. You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.

Photos, CAD files, labels, measurements, descriptions, and other evidence you submit may be used to identify, engineer, quote, manufacture, inspect, support, and improve the requested Xahelo workflow as described in the Privacy Policy and IP/CAD Policy.

3. Quotes, payment, and production

Quotes are based on the evidence available when issued and may expire. Acceptance of a quote does not waive later engineering, quality, safety, or production-release requirements.

Payment authorizes Xahelo to proceed only to the extent permitted by the applicable workflow. Payment by itself does not approve engineering, pass quality control, release a restricted part, or authorize unsafe manufacturing.

4. Custom-manufactured parts

Replacement parts may differ from original-manufacturer parts in material, manufacturing process, finish, color, geometry, tolerances, or other characteristics unless the quote or released engineering record states otherwise.

Unless Xahelo expressly states otherwise in writing, Xahelo is not the original equipment manufacturer and does not claim sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by the manufacturer of the product being repaired.

5. Cancellations, remakes, refunds, and shipping

Cancellation, remake, refund, and shipping handling is governed by the Refund & Remake Policy and Shipping Policy. Custom work that has entered irreversible engineering or manufacturing stages may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Acceptable use, intellectual property, and safety

You must comply with the Manufacturing Acceptable Use Policy, IP & CAD Policy, and Safety-Critical Use Policy. You may not use Xahelo to manufacture prohibited items, infringe another person's rights, defeat safety protections, or misrepresent the intended use of a part.

7. No blanket performance promise

Engineering evidence, quality checks, and manufacturing records reduce risk but cannot eliminate every possibility of fit, installation, misuse, wear, environmental exposure, or downstream product failure. Xahelo does not promise that a custom replacement part will restore a product to original certification or manufacturer warranty status.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any final warranty, liability limitation, dispute-resolution, or governing-law language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live commercial launch.
