Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates, address responsibility, carrier handoff, delays, and damaged-package handling.

Version 2026-08-09.1Effective August 10, 2026 at 1:57 AM
Pre-launch legal draft

This policy is wired into Xahelo's consent system and reflects the current software workflow, but it has not been represented as attorney-approved legal advice. Final live-sales terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel.

1. Shipping estimates

Quoted manufacturing and shipment dates are estimates unless Xahelo expressly commits to a specific date. A delivery estimate includes both manufacturing readiness and carrier transit factors.

Xahelo will maintain a reasonable basis for shipment timing it communicates. If a shipment cannot be made within the promised period, Xahelo will provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required by applicable law.

2. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before label purchase. Address changes requested after carrier handoff may be unavailable or may create additional carrier charges.

3. Tracking and carrier handoff

When tracking is available, Xahelo will associate the carrier tracking record with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier after handoff and may change because of weather, capacity, customs, or other external conditions.

4. Damage, loss, or delivery issues

If a package arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive as expected, contact Xahelo promptly and preserve packaging, photos, tracking information, and the part so the issue can be investigated with the carrier and manufacturing record.
