Safety-Critical Use Policy
How Xahelo treats high-consequence applications and the limits of AI, photos, and custom manufacturing evidence.
This policy is wired into Xahelo's consent system and reflects the current software workflow, but it has not been represented as attorney-approved legal advice. Final live-sales terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
1. AI and image analysis are preliminary
AI-generated identification, dimensions, material suggestions, manufacturability findings, and catalog matches are advisory evidence. They are not a substitute for required human engineering, measured critical dimensions, qualified testing, or regulatory certification.
2. Safety-relevant work receives higher scrutiny
Xahelo classifies parts by risk. Safety-relevant and restricted work may require an independent second reviewer, controlled documents, validation manufacturing, quality evidence, specialized suppliers, or rejection. Prohibited work cannot be manufactured through Xahelo.
3. No restored certification by default
A Xahelo replacement part does not automatically restore an appliance, vehicle, machine, device, or assembly to original-manufacturer certification, listing, warranty, regulatory approval, or rated performance. Any such claim must be supported by specific evidence and authority.
4. Installation and use
Customers must use appropriate installation methods and stop using a part if fit, damage, deformation, overheating, cracking, abnormal loading, or other unsafe behavior is observed. High-consequence applications should be evaluated by a qualified professional familiar with the complete system, not only the replacement part.
