Manufacturing Acceptable Use Policy
Requests Xahelo will refuse, restrict, or require additional review before manufacturing.
This policy is wired into Xahelo's consent system and reflects the current software workflow, but it has not been represented as attorney-approved legal advice. Final live-sales terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel.
1. Prohibited requests
Xahelo may refuse any request that is unlawful, unsafe to process, outside platform capability, or inconsistent with supplier/provider restrictions.
- Weapons, regulated weapon components, explosives, or items primarily designed to injure people.
- Parts intended to bypass safety interlocks, emissions controls, access controls, security devices, or legally required safeguards.
- Counterfeit goods, deceptive brand markings, or manufacturing that knowingly infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.
- Controlled-substance paraphernalia or other items whose manufacture or delivery would violate applicable law.
- Requests that conceal the true application, material exposure, loading, or safety significance of the part.
2. Restricted / high-risk requests
Parts used in safety-relevant, regulated, medical, aviation, vehicle-control, electrical-protection, pressure-retaining, structural, or life-support contexts may require enhanced evidence, independent review, qualified external manufacturing, certification, or refusal. Xahelo's Trust classification governs whether the work may proceed.
3. Enforcement
Xahelo may pause, cancel, preserve evidence about, or report a request when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain manufacturing integrity.
